The Best Buddies Miami Gala 2025 brought together philanthropic leaders, celebrity guests, and longtime supporters for one of the organization’s most anticipated fundraising events. Produced for Best Buddies in partnership with Colin Cowie Lifestyle, the evening called for entertainment that felt contemporary, fashion-forward, and fully integrated into the guest experience. Rather than a single featured performance, the objective was to create a series of moments that could evolve throughout the night — activating the space, sustaining energy, and contributing to the overall visual identity of the event.

The Approach
Astarte developed a multi-layered performance program designed to move fluidly through the evening. The scope included curated casting, styling, and movement direction across both atmospheric activations and featured stage performances. Costuming combined custom handmade elements with carefully sourced pieces, selected to complement the event’s aesthetic while supporting movement and performance.

Throughout the evening, dancers transformed a central catwalk and cocktail bar into a dynamic focal point, introducing a fashion-inspired energy that encouraged engagement without interrupting the flow of the event. Choreographed dance sequences and aerial performances were woven seamlessly into the program, creating moments of scale, surprise, and visual impact.
